PUREBRED YORKIE PUPPIES re-homing with small adoption fee
We are excited to have three Yorkshire Terrier puppies with their breed signature tan coats with a black saddle. **We are even more excited about the fourth puppy since it is quite rare to find a Yorkshire Terrier with a parti colored coat.

I think that the chocolate Yorkie is a beautiful color and is truly rare by definition.

Some Yorkshire Terriers are unable to produce the black pigment in their coat, and are therefore a brown color referred to as liver or chocolate.**
Below are the adorable puppies that we currently have available for adoption.

Two beautiful female Yorkshire terrier pups and one male with signature breed markings and one rare female **Chocolate Parti Yorkie all ready for adoption on 11-28-2015.
Our purebred Yorkie puppies whose estimated adult weight will be less than 5 pounds will make for excellent pets.

**These puppies carry 2 recessive genes, one from their mother and one from their father.

Knowing that one of the puppies in this litter is a parti Yorkie, any of these Yorkie puppies could produce another rare pup with a different color than the signature breed colors.

**The rare Parti, Chocolate and Gold gene may be expressed if a dog who carries one copy of that particular recessive gene (known as a carrier) is bred to another dog who also carries that same recessive gene.

**Traditional Yorkie bred to Parti Yorkie will produce ALL Parti Carriers - they will all look Traditional, but will carry the Part Gene.

Traditional Yorkie bred to Parti Carrier Yorkie will produce half Traditional & half Parti Carriers.

Parti Carrier Yorkie bred to Parti Carrier Yorkie will produce maybe 1 Full Parti pup and the rest will be Parti Carriers.

Parti Carrier Yorkie bred to Full Parti Yorkie will produce half Parti Carriers & half Full Partis.

Full Parti Yorkie bred to Full Parti Yorkie will produce ALL Parti Puppies

**Even if the other pups don't look Parti, Chocolate or Golden colored, they could very well harbor the recessive genes in their DNA makeup.

Since the mother/father, grandmother/grandfather or great grandmother/great grandfather was Parti, Chocolate or Golden colored, all the puppies in this litter carry that gene.

**A carrier will look like a traditional colored Yorkie.

Parti carriers may have some white markings on their chest and feet but otherwise the carriers will look like a Black and Tan Yorkie.

When a carrier is bred to another carrier, 25% of the offspring will be traditional Yorkies (not carrying the gene), 50% will be traditional colored Yorkies who do carry the recessive gene and 25% of the offspring will be actual Parti, Chocolate or Golden colored Yorkies.
